Keep in mind that these are simply "General Requirements" put together to help Pastor Darrell organize and prepare for travel and ministry. Any additional questions, changes or arrangements that need to be made in order for your ministry event to be successful can be discussed by phone. Also consider the seasons of the worst weather in your region and try to plan your event when travel and flight delays can be as minimal as possible.

1. Event host covers all travel expenses. Two round trip airline tickets from Panama City Airport (ECP) to Panama City, FL. (Or a Rental Vehicle, If your event is within a 6 hour driving radius of Panama City.) Host is to provide clean and reliable Ground Transportation service to and from the airport, hotel, church, event, restaurants, etc.
*NOTE: Sometimes Pastor Darrell travels with his Wife or ministry assistant; contact us to confirm the number of airline tickets you will need to provide.
2. Event host covers the expense of Hotel accommodations for any overnight stays. Make sure the room is a "non-smoking room", booked and taken care of before arrival. "Check-in" in advance to have the room keys in your possession to give to Pastor Darrell upon his arrival. (This prevents Front Counter Delays and Misunderstandings with hotel staff).
3. The host provides one 8 Ft. table and 2 chairs that can be used for Ministry product display. (CD's, cassettes, books, T-shirts, etc.) The host provides two responsible volunteers to assist the product table. Pastor Darrell retains all proceeds from product sales.
4. The event host to provide adequate Sound/Audio System suitable for concert style ministry. Complete with a Direct Box & 1/4"direct line into the System, CD player, and a hand held cordless microphone.
5. Event host Provide a time slot of at least 50 minutes, for Pastor Darrell to flow in his style of ministry effectively. Pastor Darrell would prefer not to come just to do an A & B Selection, therefore requests that time is provided for quality ministry.
6. The Event host provide Pastor Darrell with an Honorarium.
